Printing full page labels

I updated to the new IOS yesterday and now when I print labels from the app it will only do full page labels. Never had this problem before the update. Anyone know how to fix this from the app?

Click the pencil icon next to label preferences as pictured.

I have 4x6 selected too. But it is still printing full page. If I go to my desktop computer it will print the way it used to.

Physically shake your phone while the app is open and that will open a screen to submit a tech report.

Tell them you selected 4x6 shipping label but it's printing a full 8x11 sheet.

Tell them the app version you're using for good measure (I don't know if they can see that info on their end).

Shake to report @clarac_9504  as noted in my last post. The more people reporting the same issue, the quicker eBay will pay attention to the problem.

Hopefully eBay gets this fixed with the next app update.

Same thing is happening to me today. So frustrating. Have you been able to resolve this yet??

It's an issue people on iOS 18 are reporting.

If you can, use the website for labels until it's fixed. I'm hoping we'll see an update on Monday - that's typically  when new versions of the app are made available.

Yes, same problem. Also went ahead and reported it to eBay by shaking my phone when the app was open. I'll check back Monday for an IOS update. Thanks.

I have had the same problem on my iPad and I phone however the 2 things that I have done to help (even after going and changing your settings to 4X6 and it still not work.

On the I pad using the eBay website

1. go to your order 

2. Press get shipping label 

3. on the right side of the screen under print format press change 

4.  A screen will appear select PNG IMAGE  the press save 

5. Then press preview next press print like you always do.  The printing option will appear and will allow you to change the scale of the image (around 35% worked for me) 

using the eBay app on your phone

1. go  through all of the normal steps to get the printing screen to appear. 
2. At the very bottom press page layout 

3 .  The press page per sheet 

4. I have been using 2 per sheet which will make the label only take up half the page.  Their is an option for 4 per sheet  which would make the label roughly 3.5 X5
