Why eBay keep changing my listing and adding best offer.?

I am having the same problem, and yes it is a problem, I never do offers my items are already as low as I can go.

It is already a pain having to remove the Best Offer option when creating a new listing since they automatically apply it and try to hide the on/off option. Now I get an email saying ebay took it upon themselves to apply the Best Offer option to my listings anyway. ??? I had to go back and revise all my listings, a huge waste of my time. If I wanted Best Offer I would use it!!! Unbelievable.

Did you find a resolution to this because I have the same issue.  I am having to go in and change several of my listings about a week after they are listed.  It's a waste of time.  I list my items low so I can sell faster to get rid of stuff in my house not because I'm looking for big profits.  Any help would be appreciated.
