I have always printed shipping labels from my iPhone on half sheets of 8.5 x 11 self adhesive paper. Recently when the label generates, the label prints portrait in the middle of the page rather than landscape on have causing me to have to spend time cutting and piecing together my labels. I am able to print normally from a computer but that is very inconvenient for me. I tried resetting the settings from the computer and then printing again from the phone but no change. Is this a known issue? Thanks
I am having this same issue. There are no options once the label is generated to change the printing format. So I get one landscape label in the center of the page.

I am having the same issue since Friday I believe. It started right after I printed a FedEx label. Then, I tried printing my USPS like normal and they are all centered and incorrect. I have been troubleshooting and no solution at this point. Frustrating!
Same problem here. Even does it with the fedex labels. Only way I’ve found to fix is email them to yourself and open the email to a Mobil browser and print that way. Very annoying.
