New IOS requirement

My iphone is working fine but like me it is elderly. Im not able to use ebay as the new ios requirement is not available on my phone. Anyone have a solution?

I dont want to change my phone. Tia

- Requires Android 10 or later
- Requires iOS 17 or later, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you have iOS 15 or Android 9 and cannot update to a compatible OS, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

If your phone can only access by web browser, prepare for the day when updated browsers which will run on your phone are no longer available, and the Ebay site requires features which are not in your browser.

This work around is not permanent. Many have faced these problems on their computers in the past and eventually a hardware upgrade is necessary.

Prepare to budget the time and money for a upgrade before the need is imminent.
