What version of the app are you using?
Have you tried uninstalling, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version (6.8.0.12) from the Google Play Store, in that order?

I am using the latest version if the app.
I have tried your suggestion a few times now without success.

My fiance is having the same issue. He is not a computer person so this is a major problem. It worked one minute and then the next it didn't. Could something have been pressed by mistake to make this happen?

Tried all the solutions mine was fixed for 3 days but now it has returned this morning app is fully up to date and has been working fine the last 3 days without issue

Something is wrong here ebay! Tried all the above and nothing. Everything seems to work fine on a computer but the app is busted. When can we expect a resolution?
