The app keeps asking me to enter a valid post code when searching.. I've signed out and resigned in but no luck Andy suggestions

Check your settings to make sure that your shipping address is correct and that it matches your country or region setting.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the eBay app (6.8.0.12).
