On the Most recent update of the eBay app for Android the option to shoot in 1:1 ratio is not automatically on, and when that option is toggled the camera doesn't actually shoot in 1:1. I found this out after using the app the same way I do every day and realizing that my body was in frame after the app showed it wasn't while I was shooting. I really hope this is a bug and that a new update comes out soon that resolves this issue. The app has become a pivotal part of my workflow and having to learn a point and shoot set up in the meantime has greatly hurt my ability to quickly list items.
Also I don't understand why the app would default to 4:3 when everyone worth their salt knows that eBay Prefers 1:1. Why add one more step into a process that was working in the first place?
