My primary shipping address is locating in US. But When I change Countries and Regions option to a country which could fit the usual currency I use. The new ebay app will ignore the primary shipping address and show the items can't ship to my address or asking me to quote the shipping offer with the seller.
This feature should be changed back to the original appearance which the primary shipping address determine the shipping country and the shipping cost.
