Listing on the app is not working!!

Please fix this!!! For 2 weeks I and many other users are unable to list on the app.

The app is constantly hanging up on either the pricing section or if you make it to the end and click list it hangs infinitely.

You have to force close the app and then it doesn't save hardly any info in your draft and you have to start over.

I have cleared cache, force stopped, reinstalled, restarted phone. Nothing works, it's on your end!

-- In list in the Lego building toys category

-- I typically sell similar

-- I am on wifi not a VPN

-- I use a Pixel 4

-- I have been doing the same thing for the last 2 years without issue

-- I don't have a computer to sit at constantly to do my listings, I rely on mobile!!

-- Sometimes if I save as a draft instead of listing it works, but sometimes that doesn't even save the draft.

-- Yesterday I started a draft on PC and went to finish it in the phone and it hung up 3 times before it worked.

This is making me nuts.  I wanted to list 15 items last night but only managed to list two. It's really cutting into my sales.

It clearly coincided with listing changes you made on desktop, please get it fixed!!!

I am having the exact same issues. It's killing me!

I want to list 10-15 items per day, and used to be able to no sweat. Now I'm lucky to get 4 done in several hours due to having to enter the same information OVER AND OVER AND OVER. It's maddening!

eBay you've gotta fix this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Exactly. I try to list 10-15 items per day... But after retyping the same info over and over 5 times before I convince the app to work, I am losing the will to continue. 

As much as it sucks for my customers, I may take a hiatus from listing until eBay solves this annoying issue.

Ditto here...messaged ebay rep I spoke to on the phone last week, zero response.

Slowly working around it but its like walking in mud, 5 times the work for half the results. It's maddening!

Same thing with me I've gone from 13 a day to none fix this issue it's ridiculous

WHY won't ebay listen to us!!! I knew it wasn't just me. Horrendously detrimental to my business. Have been trying to report the issue many ways with no real progress. I think we ALL need to continue to call and chat with ebay. Keep reporting this issue guys, until they listen to us and fix the app THEY MAKE SO MUCH money off of us on!
