Any idea about a fix for this classic site issue I am dead in the water trying to do things without it , it just keeps going back to my watch list It won't go to selling or any other page .

I agree. I can’t access my Account Summary or Shipping Labels, among other things, when on Classic Site as it just redirects me to the home page on the mobile version. Very frustrating. I was told it was my browser and to use Chrome. Does the same thing on Chrome and Dolphin.

Thanks for the notes, we are trying to gather more details on which pages are not staying on classic mode.
1. You switch to classic site and visit my eBay - this works correct
2. You tap Account - this goes to mobile my eBay this is NOT correct
What other buttons are you tapping on in My eBay on classic site that are not working correctly?

From Overview Tab:
Manage Store
View My EBay Selling
The Account Summary heading
From the Orders Tab:
Shipping Labels
Everything else seems to be working but these are very critical links that we need because the info on these links are more extensive or cannot be found on the mobile version.

What happened to the Classic Site? It loads the main page but when I try to go to our Shipping Labels to print what didn't print out, it goes to m.ebay.com MOBILE!!!! You can't access Shipping Labels from Mobile Extension so what's going on with this??? We NEED to be able to view our Shipping Labels VIA CLASSIC SITE MODE!!! Anyone else have this problem and what is a fix??

I thought it was supposed to be easy to use an app just as much as a computer for the things you need to do. My phone won’t let me use the classic site anymore, yet the app doesn’t allow all options offered on the classic site. When trying to sell stuff and then create revised invoices etc it’s virtually impossible to do so, let alone trying to do other things. Not very helpful or convenient

This appears to be working properly now could you please try this and let us know if you are still getting re-directed to the mobile My eBay page? If so please let us know your device type and browser.

Hi,
the he problem is still not resolved, again when I click on account it takes me to ‘watching’ in the mobile app.
I am using safari on a iPhone 6s plus

I am trying to jump ship here and trying a laptop because I cannot handle how long this is taking to fix.

A mess indeed. I was hoping this would be resolved a lot quicker too, especially now that sales are picking up. For those who brought this problem to light and took time to help solve it, do we get our eBay fees credited back from our October sales???? I think that would be a fair and kind gesture from eBay.
