Iphone update no notifications I need my cha-chin

Hello,

Every time we sell i used to get all the notifications for what was sold with the famous sound. Now I barely get one notification and nothing else. Its a bit sad not hearing it like we use to before, especially when they are various items.

I have an Iphone 11 with the latest IOS 15.1

Please restart your device. We have seen issues on iOS 15 where it can cause notification issues before a restart.

I restarted it, updated the app, erase it and re-install it and nothing 😢

1. Are you receiving the notification and just the sound is not playing?

2. Are you receiving all the notifications you would expect to see?

I also have a brand new iphone 13 pro max just purchased for my ebay business. I have done all the steps for the cha ching notification sound in settings and still get just a regular notification sound not the cha ching?

It was nice to be able to distinguish when you had an ebay sale with the cha ching sound. Hopefully there's a way to get it to work I purchased this new iphone so the ebay app and cha ching sound notification would work. My old android would'nt even support the ebay app any longer.
