Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.
In some cases, uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device and then installing the latest version from the App Store can help with certain issues. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
If you are unable to get the eBay app to work, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com.
