First, your push notices need to tell me there's an unpaid item case. there also should be an important message icon on the home page, preferably near the messages selection. Second, both the buyer and seller should not be able to submit an unpaid item case if the message field is left blank. Unrelated, your suggestion for items are not useful and flood my email an push notices with useless messages.
