I want to be able to report sellers.

Currently, by my understanding, you must have to purchase from a seller to be able to report them, but in many instances I can see obvious infraction from a seller on multiple different listings they have out. It would be more efficient to stop these shady businesses by reporting and terminating the sellers without having to purchase from them.

On every auction or BIN there is a report seller/item link, on the right side about half way down. Good luck figuring out which option you are given to choose from.

There is a newbie in the needlecrafts and yarn section selling USED floss. is it teeth floss or thread floss. Disgusting picture posted.

No, you don't need to have purchased, but know that there are Billions of listings, and probably thousands of listings turned in daily, many by unscrupulous competitive sellers trying to knock out their competition.. so nothing can be done about 'turned in listings' except the super major criminal ones may get someone's attention. 

Best to just not worry about and go about shopping.
