I've been listing on the mobile ap for years. Suddenly it won't let me select a shipping service. So I have to save as a draft. Go to the computer to complete my listings. This is very time consuming. Is there a fix?

I also had the same problem with my iPad while trying to list items using the mobile app. I ended up losing my descriptions that I really worked way too hard on, and then I lost everything that I wrote when it crashed (so I cried and never listed anything that night or ever using the app, but I learned to work on my writing in a different app and keep copying just to be safe). I hope that you have the problem resolved.

When it happened to me, no the draft was not saved and I couldn’t get past the shipping options step so I couldn’t post it using the eBay app (in 2017). I hope that this helps and you can help with this issue.

Hello, we are checking in to see if you still are having issues with the shipping section when selling. If you are still seeing no shipping options can you please post a screenshot showing the empty shipping list and we will look into this.
