Shipping options fail to load.

The shipping options fail to load up when I edit an existing listing created from my desktop.

The rest of the listing load up fine to edit.

but the shipping presets I already created do not load up and the shipping selections are not set like your working on a new listing.  When you go to set them it pull up a blank menu.  Can not select any option.  But allow you to go back and save and list item without shipping info.

please fix.  Was never a problem before.

I currently have the same problem. Third time this month. I have deleted and reloaded the eBay app twice already to sort it. Third time coming up.

Thank you for the reports. Does this only happen in categories where you have shipping pre-sets set up?

It happens to me as well when i am creating a new listing on the app. So i setup a draft on the app then have to finish it by adding S/H on the website then complete listing on desktop.

Could you post a screen shot of the blank shipping section that includes the local time in the screenshot. We will look into this.

Hi - I just went into app to take screen shot and now the shipping options are loading for a new listing on the app - it must have resolved with latest 5.21 update.  Thank you.
