Hi @seashellstyles . Since you're asking about desktop, can you start a brand new thread on the tech issues board about this? I don't want to make this discussion about app notifications too confusing going off topic.
Make sure you include details like which eBay page you're on (post the link) and describe exactly what's happening and if possible post a screenshot of the issue.
Also include info about whether you are replicating the problem on another browser or if it's specific to one browser (in which case you should try clearing cache/cookies for that browser).
