Where to find the option: require immediate payment

Under the 'Selling details' on the listing form, look for 'Payment options' and tick the box "Require immediate payment with Buy It Now'. Good luck.

Since you are asking on the iOS mobile app board, I assume that you are using this app.
When I looked for Immediate Payment Required while using the iOS app, I found it under preferences for the listing, not under pricing.
