I want to stop the rubbish Ebay app automatically opening when I'm using Safari on iPad so I can stay on the proper full site, it's very annoying, is there a solution? Thanks in advance

If you tap and hold on the link and select "open in safari" it will keep it out of the app. Can you let us know what you enjoy about the full site versus the iPad app?
Thanks

Is there a way to set the default link behavior in the iOS app? I know there is such a setting in the Android app that is available through the device manager settings so that supported browser links are never opened in the app (or always, or ask every time).

Once you do this once it should save the preference.

I have an iPhone. Is there one app that is better than others? If so, how do I find and save that particular app?
Thanks in Advance,
Brenda

It’s really annoying when a link from an ebay email opens in the app, rather than on the website, as I like to have several tabs open at the time time, so that I can switch between different websites, once the app is open you have to shut it to get back to seeing all your open tabs.

Have you tried holding down the email link and choosing to open in a browser rather than the app? Once made, your choice should be remembered for future links, at least until the next update.
