i'm having trouble with my 2 factor login. it will not send the code to the number I have listed. then it says having trouble logging in and sends an email which I confirm which tells me to download the latest version and i'm back to square one saying it's sent me a code which it hasn't. I've been a loyal ebayer with no complaints and I would like to get back on please. can you help me with my login problem?
