Freezing/locking up when zooming in on photos !

This happens to me a lot. I keep hoping they will fix it, as the only way I can figure out how to do it is to delete and reinstall the app.

i’m having the same problem, too. the only thing that helps is to restart the phone.

Thanks for the report. Do you have more details on when this is freezing on you? Is it when looking at images for items, or are you in messages and looking at images?

For me personally, I’m using an iPhone and when I’m looking at a photo (from a listing) and I try to pull out the screen with my thumbs to view a zoomed in version of the photo, I often get stuck. It freezes. It doesn’t happen every time - you may need to play with it to test it. Even if I go out of the app and go back in, it’s still frozen. The only way I’ve found to correct it is to delete the app and reload it.

When viewing photos of items for sale and pinch to zoom the app freezes and I have to soft reset iPhone 6s Plus. This happens quite frequently and is massively annoying as upon soft reset I have to Start over again.

Not impressed to say the least.

hey, do you know how to get the ebay notifications icon off my iphone home screen? i saved it & now can’t get rid of it. it’s in the top left hand corner, partially under another app.

i tried to post a picture, but it kept saying it’s was too big. i finally was able to move the icon to another page, so it’s ok now. at least it’s not under another icon anymore. thanks for your reply.

It just froze up on me again. I was zooming out with my fingers. IPhone 6.

We have been trying for many months to reproduce this freezing in our offices and have not had any luck. How often does this freeze up for you? When you open an item do you swipe on the images first or tap to zoom first?
