I don’t believe you are able to contact users through the app to send them a message. You have to log on to a computer to do this. You should be able to do this in the app.
I was referring to if I am a seller and would like to message someone directly. If I click their profile, I do not have an option to contact them, like I do on a computer.
In the apps the only way a seller can contact the buyer is if the buyer has purchased an item. We will look into this feedback and see if we can add it in other areas of the app.
