I own the eBay store The-Shoe-Guys and recently noticed that when looking at any of my listings going through EBay Authenticity on the eBay App, it shows that they are “Final Sale” even if I offer free returns. If you scroll down under returns and payments, then it shows that I offer returns. But up top under the photos, listing title, and price it says that the listing is a final sale which is not true. I would appreciate it if this issue got looked into because when buyers come to look at my listings, they most likely assume that they are a final sale when I offer free returns.
