I’m getting charged with $400 fee when I have not bought or sold anything on eBay

A PlayStation was sold on this account in December, although it would not account for the $400.00 fee. Was there no explanation as to what the fee was for?

Since you only sold a pic of the game system, they are probably charging you for trying to scam buyers.
