Face ID stopped working on the eBay app a few days ago, there are no options available to turn any passkeys on. When I try to turn it on, the only option is Microsoft authentication, when I try that—it says nothing is available. All of my other apps and iPhone that I use Face ID on still work. Any suggestions?

First troubleshooting step is generally to reboot your device and make sure you are using the latest version of the app and iOS.
If you're still experiencing problems after that I suggest using a sign on method other than Face ID for the time being, then file a tech report.
Options using the app:
1. Shake to report. Physically shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
