Enter valid postcode

Updated app today but still getting Enter valid postcode every time I search or change the items sorted arrangement I’ve entered the post code many times and used gps but it asks for the postcode again as soon as I change the page.  This bug has been going on for so long and I’ve still not read anything saying Ebay has acknowledged it!!!!!

Could you try signing out of the app and signing back in to see if it corrects the issue.

Hi tried that and deleted app and reinstalled a few times

If you check My eBay > Settings is your app connected to the UK site?

Could you use the iOS screen recording and make a video of you searching in the app and setting your postal code and then the error showing. This will help troubleshooting, you can mail this to iosfeedback@ebay.com.

Any joy with this I’ve found if I sent the country to something other that United Kingdom it all works fine
