Ebay wont open it says exit or update but I cant get it to do anything

Can you please help and tell me how I sort eBay out I'm house bound due to spinal surgery and have to shop on line iv tried all fri nite but nothing has changed thank you

Thanks for posting. Can you open the the App Store app and searching for Ebay and download that version.

I have the same problem. Deleted app and tried to reinstall but was told I need ios 10 or higher,( I currently have 9.35 or something like that) don't know how or if I can upgrade as my up I pad says it is up to date. My partner has same Ipad and hers is fine. Please help
