Hi @danhollinger . There is an intended change in the UK and I don't think it's supposed to impact US sellers, but US sellers on Android are reporting this problem.
Temporarily you can use a browser on your device to complete your draft and assign business policies, or you can opt out of policies entirely if you don't want to use them. This problem just popped up tonight and I'm hoping eBay will address by tomorrow.

In the meantime, to file a tech report on the app:
1. Shake to report. Physically shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
