Ebay app is crapp

So fed up with app !!!

1. Purchase list only shows 19 items!

2. Check out doesn't allow to request total for multiple items!

3. It's an overkill with this 2-way security codes, when I'm using my finger print and still asked to enter codes and choose images and then getting message - Oops, something gone wrong!!! What the hell!!

4. Uploading photos on to the listing became such long process!

5. Seller has bo access to postage labels!!!

6. Can't close return cases on the app

Embarrassment to Ebay!!! Making fortune on charging fees, even on refunds at sellers loss  but being stingy to spend few coins to improve the app!! What for to have the app at all !!???

For #1 can you please email us at androidhelp@ebay.com so we can get some screen shots and details about which items are not showing up.

#2 - The requesting invoice is one of the checkout options not in the app. When do you use this? Is this to get a shipping discount?

#3 - IF you had more details on when all these various flows happen please include it in the email too so we can find out why you are being prompted so many ways.

#4 - If you had more details on how it is a long process we can look into any recent changes that may have slowed it down.

#5 - You should be able to buy postage in the app, let us know what country you are in in the email.

#6 - We will look into this!
