On the ebay app on his Android all of a sudden my husband gets several notifications a day telling him about an Ebay Live event. I tried to go to Ebay:settings: notifications to see if i can toggle those off but that notifications screen is greyed out so you can't toggle anything off. It also says on the screen there is a problem. Can anyone help me? And why is this happening all of a sudden and only on his phone and not mine?
