I don’t know why EBAY has done this to all of us ,, I have seen some other posts that their phone is not working, as for me I keep trying to update my app , and it keeps running me around in circles ,?, when someone finds the fix to this ,? please post it , this is ridiculous I can’t believe how much money EBAY is losing every day because of this change

What operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?
Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

I have an unsupported iPod Touch that I still use to take pictures, I like the simplicity of its photo editing software better than the one built into my iPhone. The eBay app is outdated and no longer works on the iPod. Since the iPod isn't supported, I can neither update the OS nor the app. Photos that I take with the iPod still go directly to my phone, which is newer and updated regularly. I'm guessing (though I have no way of knowing) that you are using a phone that is either not supported or needs the OS updated to be compatible with the newest version of the eBay app. Good luck!

@gsxrkid1000 Hard to offer specific advice without knowing what OS you're using. That said ...
If you're working on an outdated device that no longer supports current versions of the eBay app, you should be able to access eBay through a web browser on your device.
If you're on iOS 15 you should still be able to get a version of the app that will run on your device. Follow these instructions from eBay:
