Can’t open messages through eBay app have removed and downloaded upto date app, have also done my latest software update on iPhone, have turned the phone on and off multiple times. I have also sighned in on my son’s iPhone and still the same thing will not allow me to view my messages just says will not load reload to no avail any help please……
