Drop price by $##.## and Relist button

I finally figured out that when I use this button to relist an item, it automatically updates my Best Offer to half of the listing price.  I HATE THIS!  But now, since you have FORCED us to use GTC on our BIN items, I won't be able to relist anymore.  You try to impress your sellers with spiffy new buttons that makes changes behind the scenes and it **bleep** us off.

Perhaps a screen shot of the button you are pushing and a little more info on how you are relisting and what type of device would help to alert others to this. Can you give us a little more information so we can tell what you are doing"

Re: Drop price by $##.## and Relist button

OMG this makes my hair stand on end! Please tell me this is not the 1st of 1,000's of other sellers coming here with the same godawful story.    How the hell can they pull this one? So many sellers have already left eBay. Others waiting to see what happens when the 18th comes around. We'll see then how they helped us make more sales due to their GTC rule. We'll try to cancel them all just hours before they roll over. For those who forget to cancel, we'll see if they also get screwed like you did.  The !"?!!##! will hit the fan then.    Thanks for letting us know.

Re: Drop price by $##.## and Relist button

It happens on items that are done listing in the unsold list, but now since mostly everything is GTC, you might not see this.  But if you list items on Auction and you get 8 straight relists, you might see this after the 8.  So on the selling channel, you will see "items to relist".  Then you will go and see buttons "lower your price by $##.## and relist" and "make changes myself".  If you tap on the first button, it will lower your price and then make your BO half of what you listed it for.

Thanks for the posts. Can you please let us know if it is setting the auto accept value to half the price? Or is it setting the auto decline price?

Thanks

Also, the filter button at the top on the app. You can't view the sold and completed items from the app anymore What The BLEEP!!! I'm a new seller for about 8 months but I liked that feature last few months been up and down but totally understand what you're saying it sucks about the button and having to relist.

@appalachian_sales

Viewing sold and completed items seems to be working for me. What issue are you having?

The filter toggles work slightly differently than the desktop check boxes, but the results seem to be the same.

If I do a search for "krohn hite 1400" (without quotes) I get four current results. Under Filters (show more), if I check the "Completed Items" toggle I get five completed results. If I check "Sold Items" toggle (the "Completed Items" toggle remains on) I get one (completed and sold) result.
