When printing a shipping label from my iOS mobile eBay app, it does not display the name I set the account to show. The "Ship from address" on the shipping label displays my personal name when I would like it to display the store name. There are no issues when printing from the website. Please note that my "Ship from address" has never changed and shows my store name and not my personal name. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
