The iOS application exhibits significant usability issues. It frequently crashes back to the Home Screen during the creation of a listing. The image editor is plagued with bugs. For instance, attempting to rotate two images back-to-back results in the rotation being saved on the first image, rendering the APPLY button on the second image grayed out. Users are compelled to exit the image editor, re-edit the photo, and rotate it before saving.
Additionally, the background loading of information during the editing of Listing Details persists, causing it to refresh as items are entered. This behavior prevents users from returning to the previously edited location, necessitating the re-establishment of their editing position.
The overall usability of the application is severely compromised. Despite multiple reports of these issues, they have yet to be addressed. It is suggested that eBay testers be required to utilize the application for a period of several days prior to approving its release.
As an IT professional with over 50 years of experience, I express profound disappointment with the quality of development.

Best thing you can do is shake your phone and file a tech report every time you encounter one of these issues.

Best thing to do is NOT use your phone or the app to do anything but peruse listings to buy. If listing/selling; use the computer. Whatever the issue is today may be fixed tomorrow but there will be a new problem Tuesday.
