App crashes when changing the price in a listing

Hey,

My eBay app will ‘crash’ or hang, when I try to change the suggested price for my listing.

I can delete the suggested price, but when I begin to input the new price, it won’t accept more that one number, then crashes.

I have tried shutting down my phone and retrying, but the issue continues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I have the same problem .. ebay seams to think I’m the only person with the issue being they can’t replicate the glitch

eBay said they fixed this last week - have you checked to see if there's an app update available @firstaidfinds ?

As far as I know iPhone updates automatically, there’s nothing prompting me to update. 
problem is unresolved

You're saying you haven't been able to adjust price without the app crashing since November @firstaidfinds - all these months? What version of iOS is your phone using? What model of iPhone are you using?

It’s been happening for awhile now.

left a similar message yesterday that was removed 

Currently having issues with eBay changing my promoted percentage from 3 to 11.9.

eBay is the most dishonest company I’ve be ever worked with
