Do the app developers actually use the app?

The eBay app has been a great tool in the past.  Instead of adding needed features such as the ability to send invoices, or ship multiple items to a single buyer; they have taken away features that were much appreciated.

I sell all my items via BIN/BO.

  • In the past when I received an offer or counteroffer I was able to easily see my history with that buyer and others on that particular item.  I knew exactly what I had offered to the buyer and where they were standing on my item.  That feature is gone, it is a pain to see what has happened on a particular item aside from the current offer.
  • Now my home page shows how many offers I have, when clicked all of my notifications are there.  I'm not looking for other notifications when I click on "new offers".
  • In past versions when I hit "make counteroffer" my listing price would show at the top of the screen, meaning I didn't have to remember what price all my items were listed at, making it easier to counter.

If you are going to tinker with an app that is working well - add features, make it better - don't take away features that are great to have.  When you have somebody working on an app, make them actually use the app the way your users are going to, to see if it makes it easier for the user.  The newest version is not good for sellers, I will continue to use it, and pay you money via fees.  However, at some point please make decisions to make life and business easier for your sellers.

@joepawnmn

Thank you for the feedback around best offers. We will look into making some changes to make reviewing and responding to offers easier for you.
