I keep getting an error message that my eBay app cannot and will not connect to my wi-fi even though other devices are connected to my home network and there is nothing wrong with my Internet. I have been experiencing this problem for weeks on my iPhone 7, despite having full wi-fi connectivity. I have missed out on so many bids because of it. My phone is updated to the latest version, so I don’t understand why this is happening. My mom, who also has an iPhone 7 and is using the same network experiences the same connection problems as I do EVERY DAY. Whereas my sister (another iPhone 7 user also on the same network) never has any problems with her eBay app! This is so odd.

I've done that ... still no luck! I even deleted and reinstalled the app. It's like it doesn't recognize that I have wi-fi!
