I can not update my eBay account for months now.

If you are trying to update your eBay app, make sure your operating system supports it:

Otherwise, delete the eBay app and use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.

The account?  Or the App?

If its your account, have you tried updating it from a different device?  What are you trying to update?

If its the App itself, is your device fully up to date?  Or is it running an older Android or iOS that is outdated?
