Literally. I’ve read every thread going back 5 years…. We lose buyers because they cannot quickly and easily see the description in the app. People don’t search, they just move on. So unless they’re at a computer or laptop they’re only seeing one part of the listing. This has not been addressed at all in 5-6 years!
eBay is ridiculous. I think they get high school kids to write their code for their updates. I mean total morons mess with their code and don’t test it sufficiently or have no clue what they are doing and then features disappear. eBay is the worst platform ….they don’t care …their updates suck so bad anyway….why even mess with it? All day long the app has been bonkers. I could see many things changing and disappearing as I searched. I hate eBay! But I’m stuck with it. It really is like being in a crappy relationship you cannot leave 🤬🥲
