Cha - Ching sound not working

So I just got the new iPhone 13 pro max. I had all my apps transferred from my older iPhone to the new one, but I noticed that when I make a sale on eBay the “Cha-Ching” sound doesn’t go off. All of my notifications are on for eBay. Banners, sounds, the whole 9. I can’t seem to fix it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix? I want to hear that wonderful sound again lol!

I have the same issue.  I made sure that the ebay app was updated as well.  No luck.  Hugely disappointed!!

I went into ebay selling notifications and did the test. Hope it helps

Did you get it to work?

If so, what are the steps?  I have an iPhone 12Pro and can’t find the steps to add the notifications. I have missed out on numerous offers because of it.

It was making the Cha Ching sound on my iPhone 12 promax until I sent it to Apple for repair and they sent me a replacement.

Now no Cha Ching and none of the fixes seem to apply to my device.

Try this..

Go to settings on eBay app

Select 'notifications', scroll down and select 'general'

Under the heading 'sound', select the chaching sound, and save.

This should work.

I've just done mine.
