Cha - Ching sound not working

So I just got the new iPhone 13 pro max. I had all my apps transferred from my older iPhone to the new one, but I noticed that when I make a sale on eBay the “Cha-Ching” sound doesn’t go off. All of my notifications are on for eBay. Banners, sounds, the whole 9. I can’t seem to fix it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix? I want to hear that wonderful sound again lol!

Open the app>settings>Notifications>quiet times, make sure they are OFF

In selling notifications make sure order updates is checked, and bid and offer notices if you want those, too. Also, make sure the slider for notifications is on. It's hard to see and easy to miss.

Does the notification show up and it is silent, or does the notification never come in?

Mine doesn’t always cha-Ching. I love that sound!

Yes they show up on screen but are silent. I do not have any type of do not disturb on (Focus is what’s it’s called now I guess). I have all of that disabled. I don’t see anything within the eBay app that says quiet time. I have all notifications allowed within the app.

There isn’t a “quiet times” setting. I have all notifications on and the do not disturb  (focus) setting on my phone is disabled.

I had the same thing happened to me when I upgraded to iOS 15 on my 12 promax were they able to find a solution for you?

my notifications not working either. i dont even get the banner. the app shows the red circle thats when i can see i have offers. any fixes to this becuase ive missed offers cause of this

I have the iPhone 13 

when I sell on eBay I do not hear the cha ching sound 

I have deleted the eBay app and reloaded it

have all notifications checked

Can anyone help?

SAME HERE! Just got the iPhone 13. All notifications are on, re-installed also. I’ll see what everyone posted. VERY disappointed. I’m sure ebay will blame the phone and iPhone will blame eBay.

Anyone figure this out? I still have this issue as well. I hear it on my iPad, but not my iPhone 11 Pro…
