Cannot stay logged into app

For the past month my app makes me log in every time I click on it. I’ve never had this issue until late October. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and same thing. I don’t have time for this when selling and buying.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you have not already done so, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

I did that process that you suggested and unfortunately, it’s not working, I’m still having to sign in every time I open the app.

In that case, I would suggest using a browser to reach ebay.com rather than using the app until eBay provides an update to deal with this issue.
