Canceling an order

Ebay should become more user friendly and allow buyers to cancel without approval of seller without penalty to either party before a postage label is purchased (except for maybe custom orders). There should also be an option to correct addresses within the same time frame.

Unfortunately, the canceled sale would negatively impact the seller since Pay pal now keeps any fees collected when the order was paid.
