Per my previous post - when you create a draft on the website, then shift over to finish the draft on your phone, the best offer options is 90% of the time set to "No". If you try to switch it to 'Yes' while still in the draft it will switch back to 'No' automatically.
In order to try to combat posting the listing, then going into each one individually and updating it to enable best offer i tried using the bulk edit tool to enable best offer on all my listing. This simply did not work even though i got the success message from the tool that my listing had been updated.
