Bots or alt accounts are being used to give scammers positive reviews just look up any somewhat expensive item then look at the user reviews its just users with random numbers and letters as names saying the same thing over and over again with different context, then the actual legitimate Ebay users comments get deleted when they call out the scammers or the sellers get away with not replying till the 30 day deadline ends and they basically tell you to pound sand.
