I hardly ever had to sign in on the app until this week. Now it is making me enter my password every day on the app. Very annoying. What's the issue? I don't even see an option to stay signed in when I log into the app. Is this the new norm?

Actually no, as I'm on an ipad version 3. It stops at ios version 9

I,m having the same issue with the app on my phone. Apple replaced my phone and it must have updated the Ebay app because I was always signed in before. It takes me about three attempts to type it in on my phone.. I might be bumping along in the car or where typing is not easy. Losing out on some auctions and watch list notifications. By the way there is not even a place to click to stay signed in either!

So if that is not the norm, what are we supposed to click on to stay signed in? I saw nothing on the app to do so. Thanks for any help!

Yes, thank you, it is staying logged in now, however another issue the app has is it does not keep my selling info in and what it does have such as my paypal payment email address is incorrect so I have to change it every time I do a listing in the app. It’s using my really old email addresses that aren’t even on the ebay site anymore. It also keeps showing return periods as 14 days and I have to manually change to 30 days every time I do a listing also. I don’t know if these are known issues. Thanks

The app should be retaining those settings. Could you try starting a new listing adjusting the fields and paypal address then closing the draft. Then try starting another draft and see if the details are correct?

Thanks for following up. I did as you suggested and it seems to have kept the details this time. I normally have to fill it all in every time for some reason. It’s still not showing my correct email as a suggestion when I made the initial draft listing you suggested. I had to type it in because it was pulling in 2 email addys that were from close to 10 years old or more. Not sure why that is. Hopefully it will keep my details saved this time. I will update if they disappear again. Thanks

Ok, the next day the app is back to removing my filled in details. Just following up again. I thought I would see if the filled in fields would last overnight but no luck. I tried a sell one like this option from a similar listing to experiment. Thanks for the help in advance.
