App not working

Same here. The app wasn’t functioning at all, so I deleted. Then it wouldn’t install. Tried again and it seemed to install but not completely. I can’t list an item on it. My sales page is only partially there. It’s telling me to use desktop to list. If I can’t use the app, I won’t be bothering to sell on eBay.

Please share a screen shot of the dialog in the app that says to use the desktop to list.
