App not working and can’t download it from app atore

Over the past few days the app has frozen with just a bid eBay sign on the screen. The only way i can get to eBay is through Safari (iPhone 7).

Please uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall.

Having this same issue. reinstalled and it worked for a few days and now it’s broken again...
