App deleting shipping

For the past week or so the shipping details randomly gets deleted and I have to keep adding it when making a listing. Today when you go in to revise it completely erases it and you have to update it. I’m on iPhone 8+, using  12.1.2, using the most up to date eBay app.

Hi I actually watched it disappear last night as I attempted to lower a price using the app! Tried it again and it was worse/ made the weight 2 lbs (instead of 13) and a really small size (it was a big Jerry can). Wonder how many times I ended up paying more for shipping not realizing this was happening!
Also I noticed that the shipping service selected while listing using the app randomly changes to parcel select. Hopefully eBay reads these comments and sends them to someone who can fix it
